About the Role:


The Associate Partner: Venture Growth will report directly to the CEO of Favcy Venture Builders and act as the second-in-command for day-to-day oversight of our growing portfolio of early-stage ventures. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that each subsidiary meets its strategic and financial objectives. As we continue to expand our portfolio of early-stage companies, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Partner: Venture Growth who will serve as the operational backbone for our Portfolio Companies.

 

Job Location: On-site, South Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple early-stage subsidiary ventures to ensure efficiency, scalability, and smooth execution.
● P&L Responsibility: Managing revenue and overall P&L across various ventures to ensure that each venture is able to meet its financial goals.
● Portfolio Management: Work closely with each venture’s founding team to drive product validation, go-to-market strategy, and initial revenue generation, develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth and product-market fit milestones across the portfolio.
● Strategic Guidance & Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the overall operational strategy for each portfolio company, aligning with Favcy Venture Builders’ broader goals.
● Team Building: Recruit, develop, and mentor Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), and functional leads within each venture; promote a performance-driven culture while ensuring the teams are empowered to innovate and iterate quickly.
● Resource Management: Coordinate centralized resources to support the ventures in their growth journey and identify areas where shared services can increase efficiency and reduce overhead.
● Governance & Reporting: Implement consistent governance frameworks to measure venture progress and manage risk and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—including investors, advisors, and strategic partners—on portfolio-level operational matters.

Qualifications:

● Entrepreneurial Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, private equity, or similar environments, demonstrating hands-on involvement in building and scaling businesses.
● Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets across multiple business units or ventures.
● Portfolio Management: Expertise in handling diverse portfolios, guiding product validation, go-to-market strategies, and achieving product-market fit.
● Team Building & Mentorship: Strong ability to recruit, develop, and lead teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
