About the role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community and Venture Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and managing our community of founders, organizing and executing impactful events, fostering strong partnerships, enhancing community engagement, and driving conversions to our BuilderX program. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building and nurturing vibrant communities.

 

Job Location - On-site, South Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 1 years internship/ work experience

Salary Range - INR 35,000-40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  1. Community Growth:

  - Expand and manage our community of founders.

  - Develop strategies to generate new leads and convert them into active community members.

  - Monitor and analyze community growth metrics to ensure targets are met.

 

  1. Event Planning and Execution:

  - Organize and host online and offline events to engage community members.

  - Ensure high attendance and participant satisfaction at all events.

  - Manage event logistics, including partnerships with sponsors and venues.

 

  1. Partnership Development:

  - Identify and secure high-profile mentors, advisors, and speakers for events.

  - Establish and maintain partnerships with premier physical spaces for hosting events.

  - Collaborate with leading companies for content distribution and other partnership opportunities.

 

  1. Community Engagement:

  - Implement initiatives to boost community engagement and retention.

  - Facilitate discussions and interactions within the community to maintain high activity levels.

  - Conduct regular surveys to gauge community satisfaction and make improvements based on feedback.

  1. Program Conversion:

  - Develop and execute strategies to convert active community members into leads for the BuilderX program.

  - Track and report on conversion rates and continuously optimize the process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, event planning, and partnership building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a plus.
