Specifically for the Entrepreneur (not) in Residence model, we identify and validate opportunities as  a venture builder and scout for suitable EiRs who can lead these opportunities as founders.

A great fit would have -

1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry
2. A demonstrated flair for building unique properties
3. An understanding of REITs as an asset class
4. Architect by educational qualification is ideal but not required
5. You have a builder, innovator, and creator mindset. You have a bias towards action. You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial.
