Specifically for the Entrepreneur (not) in Residence model, we identify and validate opportunities as  a venture builder and scout for suitable EiRs who can lead these opportunities as founders.

A great fit would have-

  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging trends in the sales industry.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in sales/business development/SaaS Industry, including working as an operator  with high-growth startups or established companies.
  • A keen interest in the startup ecosystem in India.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and persuade others to support your vision.
  • High ownership towards your work.
  • You have a builder, innovator, and creator mindset. You have a bias towards action. You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial.
