They are involved in the systematic creation of a new business, from the inception of the idea to the launch of the product, and also develop a plan for its ongoing growth. The venture builder takes a hands-on approach in building the business from the ground up.

About the Role 

We're seeking a Venture Building Advisor to join our High Performing Group (HPG) Team. In this role, you'll support founders throughout their startup journey, providing guidance and assistance from the very beginning. You'll help with onboarding, charting their course, and equipping them with the resources and support needed to navigate the challenges of building a startup. As a VBA, you'll serve as a catalyst, facilitator, and ally, playing a crucial role in connecting potential founders with our ecosystem.

Salary Range (Probation period 3 months): 

4.2 LPA + incentives 

Salary Range (Post - Probation period): 

6 LPA + incentives 

Experience: 0-3 Years


  • Prospecting and Onboarding Founders: Identify and prospect potential founders who can benefit from our startup programs.Establish connections and effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs.Utilize persuasion and relationship-building skills to convert prospects into onboarded founders.
  • Guiding Founders: Serve as a guide and mentor to founders, setting expectations and defining milestones.Facilitate their journey through each stage of the startup process, providing necessary support and resources.
  • Navigating the Ecosystem: Assist founders in navigating our ecosystem, connecting them with the right resources, tools, and experts.Ensure founders extract maximum value from our offerings.
  • Liaison Between Founders and Specialist Teams: Act as the main point of contact between founders and our specialist teams. Foster effective collaboration and ensure alignment between founders' vision and execution.
  • Monitoring Progress and Ensuring Milestone Achievement: Track and monitor each founder's progress through our programs. Ensure founders are achieving their milestones on time and provide guidance and intervention when necessary.
  • Fostering Growth and Development: Inspire and motivate founders to unlock their full potential. Foster an environment that encourages innovative thinking, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Gathering Feedback and Insights: Continually gather feedback and insights from founders to improve our offerings. Maintain a close relationship with founders to stay in touch with emerging trends and needs.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Sales/ Ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical skills to use data in decision-making.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
  • Interest in startups and a keen understanding of the challenges faced by founders.
