About the role :
We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive with extensive experience in the B2B gifting market and a demonstrated ability to build sales from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is driven by results, and has a knack for identifying and fostering valuable business relationships. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and positioning Sattva Halwai as the premier choice for premium, health-conscious sweets and snacks.

 

Job Location - On-site, South Delhi

Experience Required: 2-4 years in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with corporate clients, event planners, and gifting partners to drive new business.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Innovative Approaches: Employ creative and unconventional methods to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Effectively present Sattva Halwai’s offerings and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Market Insights: Collect market intelligence, analyze feedback, and provide insights to enhance products and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales performance and generate detailed reports on progress and results.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B gifting market and existing networks in the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset, with a passion for innovative sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
