Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to come on board as the EIR of Sattva Halwai. As an EIR, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction, operational execution, and growth of the Sattva brand, ensuring we become a leading name in the healthier sweets market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Work with the Venture Builder to define and refine the strategic vision and direction of Sattva Halwai.
  • Develop innovative strategies to merge traditional sweets with healthier ingredients and practices.

    2. Product Development, Innovation, and Financial Sustainability:
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of Sattva’s product line, ensuring it meets evolving consumer needs and contributes to financial sustainability.
  • Drive innovation in product offerings and production methods to deliver value and ensure long-term viability.

    3. Operational Execution:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of our products.
  • Implement efficient processes and systems to scale production, manage supply chains, and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

    4. Partnership and Stakeholder Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate with external partners to expand our reach and enhance our product offerings.

    5. Build to Sell Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the "build to sell" model, focusing on creating a valuable and attractive proposition for potential acquirers.
  • Identify key value drivers and areas of potential enhancement to maximize the company's attractiveness to potential buyers.



  • Proven track record of entrepreneurial success, with experience in founding and scaling innovative startups or initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the D2C market, consumer behaviour, and the evolving preferences for healthier food options.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive results.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities.
