About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join 91 United. This individual will be instrumental in driving the platform's development, strategic direction, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact, a deep understanding of the gig economy, and the ability to innovate within the digital cooperative space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the vision and strategic direction of 91 United, ensuring alignment with our mission to empower blue-collar workers through collective bargaining.
- Community Building: Cultivate a strong community of blue-collar workers, engaging them in the development and advocacy of the platform.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships with digital-first companies, gig economy platforms, and worker unions.
- Product Development: Lead the development and iteration of the 91 United platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
- Funding and Financial Management: Secure funding to support the platform's growth and manage financial operations to ensure sustainability and impact.
- Advocacy and Outreach: Serve as a key spokesperson for 91 United, advocating for the rights of gig economy workers and promoting the benefits of digital cooperatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in entrepreneurship, startups, or within the gig economy space.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize diverse teams.
- Experience in sales within a startup environment.
- Knowledge of the challenges faced by blue-collar workers in digital-first companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Passionate about social impact and driven to make a difference in the lives of gig economy workers.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to pivot strategies in response to changing dynamics.
- Comfortable in fast paced dynamic environments with an understanding of what it takes to build a business.
- Any work experience with blue collar workers is a bonus.
