About the role :

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. In this key role, you will provide top-level support to the Founding Partners and CEO while overseeing and coordinating essential projects across the organization. You will serve as a vital point of contact, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, managing schedules, and working closely with various teams to ensure timely task completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Job Location - On-site, South Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the Founding Partners and CEO. 
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

2. Project Management: 

  • Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Conduct follow-ups and provide status updates to executives on ongoing projects.

3. Communication & Coordination: 

  • Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate the preparation of key strategic documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Ensure all project and task-related documents are maintained and easily accessible.

4. Process Improvement: 

  • Identify areas for process improvements within project management workflows.
  • Implement systems and tools that enhance efficiency and transparency across the executive’s office. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
