About the Role:
The Student Entrepreneurship Fellow will promote startup culture on campus, support students in developing business ideas, and drive awareness and enrollment for INBY’s entrepreneurship courses through creative marketing and collaboration with campus organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Startup Entrepreneurship: Actively promote startup culture and entrepreneurship within your campus community, inspiring fellow students to explore and pursue their business ideas.
- Enable students to start their business: Guide and support students in taking the first steps toward developing their business ideas, connecting them with resources and opportunities available through INBY.
- Create Brand Awareness: Raise awareness of INBY’s brand and its offerings by organizing events, workshops, and info sessions tailored to entrepreneurial students.
- Mobilize Students for INBY Courses: Drive interest and enrollment in INBY’s entrepreneurship courses, emphasizing the value and practical knowledge they provide for aspiring founders.
- Leverage Social Media: Utilize your social media presence to share success stories, tips, and course details, engaging with your network to spread the word.
- Build Campus Partnerships: Collaborate with student organizations, clubs, and faculty to integrate INBY’s resources into existing campus activities and events.
- Provide Feedback: Regularly communicate with INBY’s team to share insights, feedback, and ideas to enhance the course offerings and student experience.
- Organize Peer Networking Events: Facilitate networking opportunities for students interested in entrepreneurship, helping them connect with like-minded peers and potential collaborators.
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between INBY and your campus, ensuring clear and effective communication of any updates, initiatives, or opportunities.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor the impact of your efforts and provide regular reports on sales, student engagement, and other key metrics to help measure the success of the program.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passionate about startups and entrepreneurship, with a desire to inspire and support fellow students in pursuing their business ideas.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to organize events, mobilize students, and lead initiatives that promote entrepreneurship on campus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively promote INBY’s offerings, both online and offline.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms to engage with peers and share content that drives brand awareness.
- Networking Ability: Capable of building and maintaining relationships with student organizations, faculty, and other campus stakeholders.
