About 1to10 Accelerator Program:
Favcy is a leading venture builder, empowering early-revenue-stage startups through its 1to10 Accelerator Program. Our current cohort comprises high-growth startups across diverse sectors, doing multi-crore ARR.


About the Role :
As an Investment Associate -  Alternative Investment Asset Sale, you will spearhead fundraising efforts for these 1to10 cohorts. You will identify, engage, and convert high-ticket investors (HNI, UHNI, family offices, aspiring fund managers, and syndicates) into stakeholders, leveraging Favcy’s curated portfolio and top-tier VC validation.

Job Location: On-site, South Delhi

Experience Required: 6-8 years of experience

Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising for Cohort Startups:

  • Work with cohort startups to enable fundraising by identifying and engaging potential investors
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for these startups to secure primary and secondary equity investors
  • Coordinate with the founder success team to manage investor relations and close deals efficiently

    2. Investor Identification & Outreach:
    • Leverage the existing 1stCheque database, excluding recently contacted or lower ticket size leads
    • Identify and contact new high-ticket investors through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
    • Build a pipeline of HNI, UHNI, family offices and syndicates aligned with the ICP

      3. Investor Engagement:
    • Warm up leads by crafting personalized pitches and conducting 1:1 outreach
    • Facilitate conversion conversations with investors to secure commitments
    • Build long-term relationships to enable future investments and portfolio expansion

      4. Growth Towards Deal Closures:
    • Support in deal structuring and close both primary and secondary investments
    • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly fundraising targets

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in alternative asset sale, investment banking, startup fundraising
  • Proven ability to engage and convert high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and venture capital landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is a must
  • Immediate Joinees preferred
