About the role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager, this junior role will support the sales pipeline build-up and management, assist in investment conversion efforts, and handle data management and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline and Support:

  • Assist in developing and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of potential investors.
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential HNI investors, contributing to lead generation efforts.
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager in tracking and managing the progress of leads through the sales pipeline

Investment Conversion Assistant:

  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and communication materials to potential investors.
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager in addressing investor inquiries and providing relevant information and insights.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate investor meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain and manage data related to the sales pipeline, lead generation, and investor communications.
  • Assist in analyzing data to track the effectiveness of sales strategies and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics for review by the Investor Relations Manager.

Administrative and Team Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of investor relations activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the investor relations function.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales function, preferably at a startup
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Interest in the startup ecosystem and venture capital is a plus.
