About the role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling high-ticket products or services to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding conversion targets. This role will involve building and managing the sales pipeline, driving investment conversions, and managing data and reporting. Additionally, the Investor Relations Manager will lead and manage a team of junior sales resources to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Build-up and Management:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and targeting potential HNI investors.
- Implement effective sales strategies to attract and engage potential investors, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Track and manage the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
Investment Conversion:
- Drive the conversion of leads into active investors by effectively communicating the value proposition of Favcy's ventures.
- Address investor concerns and objections, providing relevant information and insights to facilitate decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed conversion targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the investment network.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Analyze and manage data to track the effectiveness of sales strategies and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of junior sales resources, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling high-ticket products or services to HNI clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding conversion targets.
- Strong expertise in sales pipeline build-up and management, with a strategic approach to lead generation and conversion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and management to track and optimize sales efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a focus on performance and results.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
