About the Role:
As a Venture Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in screening and shortlisting early-stage startups, assisting in the execution of venture programs, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the startup ecosystem and eager to contribute to the growth and success of innovative ventures through hands-on operational support.
Location: On-site (South Delhi)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: INR 10,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Startup Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate inbound startup applications, assess fit based on defined criteria, and identify high-potential ventures for further engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industries, sectors, and emerging trends to support decision-making and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Program Execution Support: Assist in planning and coordinating venture programs, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of support initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Maintain detailed records of startup engagement, generate insights, and help inform program and strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or strong understanding of startup screening, shortlisting, and market research.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on exposure to program execution and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to review and create pitch decks, with a keen eye for storytelling and business clarity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
