About the role-

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing strategy and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing lead generation and nurturing strategies, as well as managing data to drive growth for Favcy.

 

Job Location- On-site, South Delhi

Responsibilities-

 

Lead Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across organic and inorganic -  ads, content marketing, and other innovative methods to attract potential investors and founders.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage creation of compelling content and marketing materials to attract and engage target audiences.

Lead Nurture Strategy:

  • Design and execute lead nurturing strategies to generate qualified marketing leads.
  • Manage 1:1 lead reach-outs, ensuring personalized and effective communication.
  • Organize and manage events (both online and offline) to foster community engagement and build strong relationships with leads.
  • Oversee community communication management, ensuring consistent and meaningful interactions with our network.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Analyze and manage data to track the effectiveness of lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and campaign performance.

 

Requirements and Qualification-

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing strategy with a proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing lead generation strategies through ads and content marketing.
  • Experience in designing and implementing lead nurturing strategies, including 1:1 lead reach-outs, event management, and community communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and optimize marketing efforts using Hubspot
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
