About the Role:

The HR Intern at Favcy Venture Builders will assist in managing key HR functions, including recruitment and document management. This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational HR skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Experience: 0-1 years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in HRM will be given preference.
  • Post job openings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and manage offer letters.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HR policies.
  • Handle internal communications and respond to employee queries.
  • Coordinate HR events, activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support in attendance tracking.
  • Participate in process improvement and HR strategy discussions.
