About 1 to 10 Accelerator Program:
Favcy is India’s largest venture builder, known for transforming ideas into successful startups. Through our 1to10 Accelerator Program, we empower startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, providing them with resources, mentorship, and exposure needed to scale effectively. This 3-month hybrid program offers fundraising opportunities, personalized mentorship, and access to a vast network of industry experts and investors.
About the Role:
As the Manager - Strategy and Partnerships for Favcy's corporate accelerator arm, you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships with corporates to deliver startup acceleration programs on their behalf. This role requires a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and corporate innovation needs, coupled with a proven track record of working within accelerator programs.
Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Experience: 2-5 years in startup acceleration programs with a focus on corporate partnerships
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporates interested in running startup acceleration programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through tailored acceleration programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate engagement and expand Favcy's network of corporate partners.
- Program Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute acceleration programs that align with the strategic objectives of corporate partners.
- Oversee the delivery of these programs, ensuring they meet both Favcy's and the corporate partners' expectations.
- Manage communication between Favcy, corporate partners, and startups throughout the program lifecycle.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the corporate innovation space.
- Develop strategic plans to position Favcy’s corporate accelerator arm as a leading partner for corporates seeking to innovate through startups.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the value proposition of Favcy’s accelerator programs.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, managing their expectations and ensuring successful program outcomes.
- Regularly engage with corporate partners to gather feedback and iterate on program design and execution.
- Foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and expanded partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience working with startup accelerators, with a focus on corporate partnerships and program management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, corporate innovation, and the role of accelerators in fostering growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with corporate partners' innovation goals.
- Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders in corporates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
