Our corporate accelerator program connects innovative startups with corporate partners to foster growth, collaboration, and investment opportunities.

About the Role: 

As a Program Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of our accelerator programs. You will oversee the planning, delivery, and success of the accelerator cohorts, ensuring smooth operations, meaningful engagement between startups and corporate sponsors, and measurable outcomes for all stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring that the program delivers value to both startups and corporate partners.

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Compensation: INR 40,000-50,000 per month

Experience: 2-3 years


Responsibilities:

        1. Program Planning & Execution:

  • Design and execute the structure of corporate accelerator cohorts, including key milestones, workshops, mentoring sessions, and Demo Day.
  • Manage program timelines, ensuring startups meet key deliverables and milestones throughout the accelerator.
  • Organize and manage program events, including Demo Day, investor pitch sessions, and corporate engagement activities

    2. Startup Support:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for participating startups, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the accelerator.
  • Facilitate connections between startups and mentors, corporate partners, and investors to drive their growth and success.
  • Track startup progress and ensure they receive the necessary resources and support during the program.

    3. Corporate Partner Engagement:
  • Act as the primary liaison between corporate sponsors and startups, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment of program objectives.
  • Manage corporate partner relationships and ensure sponsors derive value from their participation in the program.
  • Collaborate with corporate sponsors to curate workshops, mentorship sessions, and engagement opportunities with startups.

    4. Operational Management:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the accelerator, including cohort logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and program communication.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the program, addressing any challenges that arise and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution.

    5. Metrics & Reporting:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the program and the progress of participating startups.
  • Prepare regular reports on cohort progress and present outcomes to corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from startups and corporate sponsors to continually improve the program.


Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in program management, accelerator/incubator operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience at a startup, either as co-founder or core team member will be given preference
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, corporate innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships, particularly with corporates and startups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an accelerator, incubator, or corporate innovation environment.
  • Knowledge of venture capital, fundraising, and early-stage startup challenges.
  • Experience managing large-scale events like Demo Days or corporate showcases.
