About the Project:

We are an early-stage initiative focused on validating a new education and career-related venture. In Phase 1, we are seeking a Project Leader to test and validate the business model by devising strategy, executing and reporting results. Work will involve working with high growth companies and recent graduates and college students. The role is critical in laying the foundation for the project’s success by forming key partnerships and collecting insights to shape the product offering.

 

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Compensation: INR 30,000- 40,000 per month

Experience: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the education, startup, or corporate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully building 0 to 1.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Management (50%):
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners (corporates, startups), understand their perspectives and draft partnership models that work.
  • Create partnership proposals, conduct outreach, and lead negotiations to finalize agreements.
  • Coordinate with partners to set clear expectations for collaboration and validation feedback.
  • Ensure seamless communication and partnership deliverables are met.
  • Build and manage relationships with potential partner organizations.

  1. Validation Feedback (50%):
  • Design and implement a feedback collection strategy targeting graduates from the classes of 2023 and 2024.
  • Design and implement a feedback collection strategy targeting final year college students from top tier colleges.
  • Develop surveys, conduct interviews, or organize focus groups to gather actionable insights from graduates.
  • Analyze feedback data to identify key trends, insights, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Present detailed reports on validation results, including actionable recommendations for Phase 2.

  1. Budget Management:
  • Ensure all activities related to partnerships and validation feedback are conducted within the allocated budget.


Requirements: 

  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data-driven approach to collecting and analyzing feedback.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
