About the Project:

We are an early-stage initiative focused on validating a new education and career-related venture. In Phase 1, we are seeking a Project Intern to support the Project Leader in testing and validation of new business initiatives. Work will involve working with high growth companies and recent graduates and college students. This internship will provide valuable experience in project management, business development, and market research.

 

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Duration: Internship (2 months, with potential for extension) 

Experience: Previous internship or project experience in business development, market research, or administration is a plus but not required.


Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Support (50%):
  • Assist the Project Leader in identifying and reaching out to potential partner companies.
  • Research and compile a list of targeted companies that align with the project’s goals.
  • Help draft partnership proposals, manage outreach communications, and follow up on leads.
  • Track partnership milestones and update the Project Leader on progress.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings between the Project Leader and partners.

 

  1. Validation Feedback Support (50%):
  • Assist in designing surveys, interview guides, and focus group materials to collect feedback from target audience - graduates and college students.
  • Help organize and execute feedback sessions, including scheduling and communication with participants.
  • Compile and organize feedback data for analysis.
  • Assist in creating summary reports with insights and recommendations based on graduate feedback.

   

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring that all files and reports are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Help manage and track the project budget and expenses, ensuring all activities stay within the allocated budget.
  • Provide general support to the Project Leader on daily tasks and project coordination.


Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
